Community Connection at JCMG is a time to connect JCMG with our community. This walk-through event will take place monthly in the JCMG Medical Building's main lobby. Each month will focus on a different health topic, with representatives from a respective JCMG clinic present to speak with guests, hand out literature, and other activities. Health Topic of the Month: Lifetime Wellness Review Recommended Screenings, Vaccinations & Well Checks from Infancy to Adulthood • Meet Family Medicine & Pediatric Providers • Glucose & Blood Pressure Checks at Event • Schedule Primary Care Appointments on Site!
