Matt Ousley is the Branch Manager of LaborMAX Staffing in Jefferson City, bringing a decade of staffing and recruitment experience alongside a 10 years of business management and workforce solutions. Born and raised in Jefferson City, Matt is passionate about helping local businesses succeed and connecting people with meaningful employment.

His experience spans corporate leadership, workforce program management, talent acquisition, and team development. Before joining LaborMAX, Matt served as Director of Workforce Solutions at Guidant Global, partnering with organizations to improve hiring strategies and strengthen workforce operations. Today, he brings that experience to a personal, relationship-driven approach to serving Central Missouri employers and job seekers. Matt prefers to develop partnerships. 

Outside of work, Matt is active in his church and volunteers in support of mental health awareness and suicide prevention. He founded the Throttle Therapy Coalition to bring those conversations into the automotive community. Across his professional and volunteer work, Matt’s goal is the same: build trust, connect people with opportunities, and make a lasting difference in his hometown.
