As part of Hunger Action Month, both branches will be observing Food For Fines, September 22 - 30. Each non-expired, non-perishable food item is worth $1 off overdue fines, with no limits. Note that this offer does not include replacements, bills or collection agency fines. Other food donations from the public are welcome! Food donated at the Jefferson Ciy Branch will be given to the Samaritan Center. Food donated at the Linn Branch will be given to the Good Shephard Food Pantry.
